Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is FREE across the Nordics when you spend at least 250 SEK
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Deliveries are carried out in cooperation with Fedex and Yunexpress. Estimated delivery time is 4–12 business days as our warehouses are located in Greece, China and Hungary.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped so you can follow the parcel's delivery.
Can I make returns?
YES! Send us an email with the reason for your return and our team will help you return the package without stress! We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's guidelines and of course offer a 14-day return policy from the day the package was delivered to you.
NOTE: Opened packages cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
