If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of their original purchase. A new product can be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.





To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

- The product was purchased in the last 30 days

- You have the invoice receipt or proof of purchase

- You received a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us



Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

FREE SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs incurred in connection with the return of a product are refunded.

ANESI SCANDINAVIA HELLAS is responsible for paying shipping costs and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipment, both by us and by us.
